2. Participation Period

Participation is possible for all orders placed on bali-care.com within the period from Thursday, November 27, 2025, up to and including Monday, December 1, 2025.

3. Eligibility

Natural persons who have reached the age of 18 and reside in Austria or Germany are eligible to participate. Employees of Bali Treatment GmbH and their relatives are excluded from participation.

4. Terms of Participation

• Every order placed on bali-care.com during the participation period automatically enters the competition.

• Multiple participations through several orders are possible and increase the chance of winning.

• Participation is only valid within the specified period.

5. Prize

Among all qualified orders, 5 winners will be determined by random drawing. Each winner will receive a one-year supply of a freely selectable Bali-Care product. The one-year supply corresponds to 6 individual packs of the chosen product. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

6. Winner Determination and Notification

• Winners will be determined by random drawing by December 8 at the latest.

• Notification will be sent by email to the address provided during the order process.

• If there is no response within 7 days after sending the prize notification, the organizer reserves the right to pass the prize on to another person.

7. Prize Shipping

Prizes will be shipped free of charge to the delivery addresses provided by the winners within Austria or Germany.

8. Data Protection

Personal data (e.g., name, address, email) will be processed for the purpose of conducting the competition.
The data will be used exclusively for the processing of the competition and will be deleted afterwards, unless there are legal retention obligations to the contrary.

9. Exclusion of Participants

The organizer reserves the right to exclude persons from participation who manipulate the participation process, provide false information, or violate these terms of participation.

10. Liability

The organizer is only liable for damages caused by gross negligence or intent. Liability for technical malfunctions, failures, or interruptions is excluded.

11. Modification or Termination of the Competition

The organizer reserves the right to change, suspend, or terminate the competition at any time for important reasons, if proper conduct cannot be guaranteed.

12. Legal Recourse and Applicable Law

Legal recourse is excluded.
Austrian law applies, to the exclusion of the conflict of laws rules of private international law.
